  28.     The VGAOnly monitor type is actually a modifier to the other
  29. monitor types.  Most of the monitor types (except PAL and NTSC) output
  30. at ~24 to ~27 kHz and the VGAOnly kicks this up higher to sync better
  31. with VGA style monitors.  However, it does cause some side effects to
  32. the display when scrolling horizontally so its a "use only when you
  33. need it" type of thing.
  34.     DoublePAL produces 640x512 (640x1024 interlace), DoubleNTSC
  35. produces 640x400 (640x800 interlace), Multiscan produces 640x480
  36. (640x960 interlace) and Super72 produces 400x300 (400x600 interlace)
  37. and 800x300 (800x600 interlace).
  38.     Take a look in Chapter 7 of you WB 3.1 manual.
